EYFS Primary Supply Teacher

Location: South Liverpool

Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (dependent on experience)

Randstad Education is currently recruiting experienced, motivated educators to join our supply team. We are working with a variety of primary schools that require dedicated support in EYFS settings. Your Role:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality EYFS learning experiences and play-based activities.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching and support strategies to suit the diverse developmental needs of young learners.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering positive social and emotional development.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
• Liaise with school staff to maintain continuity in the children's routine and learning journey.
• Act as a positive role model, contributing to an inclusive environment.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience working within EYFS settings (KS1/KS2 experience is a welcome bonus).
• A flexible, adaptable approach with the ability to quickly settle into new school environments.
• Strong classroom and behavior management skills suited to early years learners.
• A passion for early childhood development and helping children reach their full potential.
• Ability to travel to various primary schools across South Liverpool.
