Gas Engineer - Social Housing Contract Details £28 - £30 per hour CIS 6-month contract Covering Partington, Oldham, Leigh and Stockport Mileage paid at 45p per mile Immediate start available The Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer to work on a social housing contract covering the Greater Manchester area. Duties will include: Carrying out CP12 Gas Safety Certificates within occupied social housing properties Conducting gas servicing, safety inspections and compliance checks Diagnosing and rectifying minor gas-related faults where required Ensuring all work is completed in line with current Gas Safe regulations Accurately completing certification and job paperwork Providing excellent customer service when working within tenanted properties Requirements Valid Gas Safe Registration ACS Gas Qualifications (in date) Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties Full UK Driving Licence Own vehicle required Good communication and customer-facing skillsIf you're a qualified Gas Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity within social housing, apply today with your CV or get in touch for more information
