One Way Group is growing, and we're looking for experienced Electrical Site Managers and Supervisors to help deliver increasingly significant industrial electrical projects across the UK. We're building an ambitious team that takes pride in its work, takes ownership and delivers to the highest standards. Our projects span the UK's industrial, environmental and energy infrastructure sectors, from smaller upgrades and installations to £1m+ projects involving LV distribution, switchboards, containment, power and control cabling, and associated HV infrastructure. Roles Available: - Site Managers – Managing day-to-day delivery of larger industrial projects. - Working Supervisors – Leading smaller installation projects while remaining hands-on. These are nationwide roles requiring regular working away, typically Monday to Thursday. Accommodation is arranged and paid for by One Way Group. Pay & Earnings - £80,378 - £85,064/year based on typical week - £25.95–£27.42/hour working-away employed rate. - Overtime multipliers after 8 working hours per day - Paid door-to-door travel. Typical Working Week - Monday: 8.5 working hours + approximately 3 hours paid travel. - Tuesday–Thursday: 10.5 working hours per day. - Friday: 8.5 working hours + approximately 3 hours paid travel. Advertised annual earnings are illustrative and include overtime and paid travel based on the typical working-away pattern. Actual earnings will vary depending on project location, site working hours and travel time. Benefits * Higher-than-JIB Pay Rates * Door-to-Door Travel Pay * £30/Night Working-Away Food Allowance * Company-Funded Accommodation * Overtime Opportunities * Annual Pay Review * Annual Loyalty Bonus * Promotion Bonus * Employee Referral Bonus * Paid Holidays & Company Pension * Company Vehicle * Full Milwaukee Tool Kit Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate electricians, subcontract labour and specialist contractors. * Plan upcoming works, delegate tasks and organise site resources. * Monitor installation progress, productivity, safety and quality. * Coordinate with clients, contractors and other site personnel. * Identify and report delays, technical issues and potential variations. * Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates. * Work closely with off-site Project Managers to deliver projects on programme. * Undertake electrical installation work where appropriate. * Develop short-term installation programmes and coordinate multiple work areas. Requirements - NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or apprenticeship equivalent - Valid ECS Gold Card - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations - Strong industrial electrical installation experience - Experience leading or supervising electrical installation teams - Confident interpreting drawings, planning work and coordinating resources. - SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred). - 2391 Inspection & Testing - Full UK Driving Licence. - Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away Monday to Thursday.
