Commercial Coordinator | Central Brighton (Hybrid) | £28,000–£32,000 + Benefits

Non-sales role. Help shape a brand-new position.

Our client is an established, growing technology services business based in Brighton. They provide communications and connectivity solutions to business customers. They have a small, supportive team, a strong reputation for customer service and long-standing client relationships. This is a brand-new role at the centre of the commercial team. You’ll keep deals, customers and renewals moving, working closely with the company directors and a commercial analyst. It’s not a target-driven sales role and there’s no new business generation. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that existing customers feel well looked after.

What you’ll do

• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
• Book meetings and keep the commercial team organised
• Make sure opportunities in the pipeline are followed through
• Check in with existing customers ahead of contract renewals
• Prepare quotes for smaller customer requests, such as adding users or services
• Help shape the processes that link sales and service delivery

What you’ll bring

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A personable, confident communication style and the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Initiative and ideas. The role can grow as far as you want to take it.
• Experience in telecoms, IT or managed services would be a real advantage, but the right attitude and organisational skills matter most

The package

• £28,000–£32,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working: full-time in the office for around three months while you get to know the business, then 3 days in the office and 2 from home
• Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:30.

• 23 days’ holiday, including your birthday, plus an extra day for every year of service
• Modern central Brighton office

You’ll get commercial exposure without sales targets. You’ll work directly with the directors, and you’ll have real ownership of a role you can shape from day one. The team is supportive and you’ll get onboarding tailored to you.
