We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm to assist them in their search for a new Business Development Data Administrator to join their London office on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Supporting the BD team, the successful applicant will assist with entering and maintaining high-quality data across the firm's business development systems, producing reports, and working closely with colleagues across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating data within the firm's core Business Development Activities Manager tool.
• Working closely with the BD Administrator and wider colleagues to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Producing regular BD reports.
• Conducting data quality checks to identify missing, incomplete, or duplicate records and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborating with the CRM team to maintain data.
• Coordinating the approval of companies and contacts to ensure records are available before BD activities are logged.
• Supporting occasional business development research projects as required.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior experience within BD admin and/or data management, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, communication, problem solving, and organisation skills.

Demonstrated experience with Interaction or other CRM is highly desired.

The firm are offering a highly competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus benefits, and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
