Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a successful special purpose machinery manufacturing company based in Lincolnshire to recruit a hands-on Engineering Supervisor for their successful and growing Installation & Service Engineering team.

As the team continues to grow, so will this role, offering progression to Engineering Manager.

The Engineering Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Service Engineering team. Once the machinery is made in the workshop, the field-based Engineering team then installs and commissions the machinery and then looks after the machine under a service contract for the life of the machinery.

The thriving and loyal customer base covers the UK, EU and the rest of the world. The Engineering Supervisor will be directly involved with the customer and manage the attendance of the field-based engineering team.

Duties of the Engineering Supervisor will include:

• Supervising a team of field-based multi-skilled engineers
• Managing acceptance testing, installations and commissioning of new machinery
• Co-ordinating the servicing and repair of installed machinery
• Managing the customer-specific RAMS and site specifications

Qualifications, skills and experience for the Engineering Supervisor:

• Experienced Multi Skilled Engineer/Lead Engineer/Service Supervisor from a bespoke special purpose machinery background who has worked in a field-based engineering capacity
• Customer-facing engineering experience
• NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent time served
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards
• Excellent communication and collaborative team member with experience leading on installations or supervisor level, senior
