We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to join a leading manufacturer based in Yorkshire on a contract basis. Contract Details Outside IR35 6 month duration Key Responsibilities Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans, customer demand and delivery schedules are achieved. Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, labour utilisation, downtime, scrap and rework, while delivering cost reductions and maintaining operational budgets. Lead, develop and motivate production teams Champion Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, standardise processes and deliver improvements.
