Sales Support Administrator – Temporary

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a growing and successful business in South Derbyshire on a temporary basis ongoing to cover a long term sickness absence,.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service or sales support experience who is immediately available and looking for their next temporary assignment.

You will be supporting a busy Sales and Service team, managing customer orders from quotation through to completion and acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing customer quotations and providing regular updates throughout the sales process
• Producing and updating customer and market price lists
• Preparing cost calculations and commercial offers
• Supporting Sales Managers, Service Coordinators and Project Managers with ongoing projects and customer requirements
• Processing and registering customer orders accurately using the ERP system
• Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are progressed and completed successfully
• Providing information around pricing, costs, lead times and availability
• Maintaining accurate customer and order information
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing a high level of service
• General sales and commercial administration support

About You

• We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and able to pick things up quickly within a busy environment.
• Previous sales support, customer service, internal sales or commercial administration experience
• Strong administration and attention to detail
• Experience using ERP systems would be beneficial
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Confident written and verbal communication
• Good numerical skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• A proactive and professional approach

This is a full-time temporary role, so would suit someone who is immediately available and keen to secure work for the remainder of the year.
