IFA Administrator / Mortgage Administrator

Location: Godalming

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 dependant on experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a growing and highly respected Financial Planning firm looking to expand its administration team.

This is an ideal position for an experienced IFA Administrator who also has exposure to Mortgage Administration, and is looking to join a supportive business that genuinely values its staff and offers long-term career stability.

The role will primarily focus on supporting the financial planning team, with around two days per week dedicated to mortgage administration duties.

The Role

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Mortgage Advisers, ensuring clients receive an exceptional level of service throughout their journey.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing new business and maintaining client records
• Preparing documentation for client meetings
• Liaising with providers, lenders and third parties
• Managing applications through to completion
• Supporting advisers with ongoing servicing requirements
• Handling mortgage administration cases from application through to completion
• Producing suitability packs and client correspondence
• Maintaining accurate data on CRM systems
