The firmHCB is an established national law firm with a network of offices across England and Wales, including a strong presence throughout the Midlands.
The Leicester office provides the opportunity to work as part of a local team while benefiting from the wider infrastructure and expertise of a much larger national practice.
Commercial Property forms part of a broad commercial offering across the firm, alongside areas including Litigation, Employment, Insolvency and Corporate and Commercial work.
That wider offering is particularly useful for a Commercial Property Solicitor, giving you access to expertise elsewhere within the firm where transactions cross over into other areas of commercial law.
HCB has grown significantly over the years while retaining a strong network of local offices, providing its lawyers with the opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients rather than operating within an anonymous centralised structure.

- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience of acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload
- Strong client care and communication skills
