The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cladding and external envelope packages on large-scale construction projects, with a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive works safely and efficiently on site. 🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements * Proven experience as a Cladding / External Works Site Manager on major construction projects. * Extensive technical knowledge of cladding systems, external façades and envelope installation. * Strong steelwork knowledge and experience essential. * Experience managing internal works, slab interfaces and associated construction packages. * Ability to coordinate subcontractors, supervise site teams and manage multiple work fronts. * Experience planning and monitoring site progress against project programmes and deadlines. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical details. * Strong understanding of health & safety, quality assurance and site compliance. * Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. * Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. 🏗️ What's on Offer? ✅ Immediate start available ✅ Ongoing work on a major infrastructure project ✅ Opportunity to join an established project team ✅ Long-term potential for the right candidate 📩 Interested?
