Permanent, full-time position.

Salary

Fully negotiable, depending on experience + commission / bonus + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their vehicle requirements
• Present vehicles confidently and explain key features and benefits
• Arrange and conduct test drives
• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales
• Negotiate deals and work towards agreed sales targets
• Discuss finance, warranty and additional products where appropriate
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Work closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within motor sales, vehicle sales or automotive retail would be advantageous
• Strong sales background with a proven ability to achieve targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
• Strong organisation and follow-up skills
• Genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
• Full UK driving licence required
