The role

• Advise employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Handle settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal work, including advocacy
• Gain exposure to TUPE, corporate transactions and business reorganisations
• Advise on day-to-day employment issues and business immigration
• Contribute to business development and client relationship building
