We're looking for a Senior Member Engagement Executive to join our team in Hong Kong on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of HKD 360,000-400,000 and a hybrid working pattern.

What you will be doing;

• Plan, coordinate and deliver member events and webinars from start to finish, including venue arrangements, promotion, event delivery, feedback and reporting.
• Develop and deliver engaging member communications across email, newsletters, websites and social media, ensuring content aligns with ICAEW's brand guidelines.
• Research member interests, industry developments and emerging topics to create relevant content and activities that strengthen member engagement in Hong Kong.
• Monitor and analyse member engagement, event attendance and digital campaign performance, maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including BritCham and HKICPA, to support member engagement initiatives.
• Manage member enquiries and digital communities, including LinkedIn and WhatsApp groups, ensuring timely responses and a positive member experience.

What you will need;

Experience

• Experience in digital communications, marketing or member engagement, including creating engaging content across email, websites and social media.
• Experience planning, promoting and delivering events or webinars, including managing logistics, stakeholder coordination and post-event reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret engagement data, monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across teams and engaging with different audiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is essential. Business-level proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, would be desirable.
