Funder Operations Administrator

Day-to-day of the role:

• Review contracts and deal documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Process transactions and submit completed deals to funding partners.
• Monitor deal progress and follow up on outstanding items.
• Raise invoices and support payment administration.
• Allocate incoming payments and update internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other internal departments.
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and forecasting information.
• Ensure processes are followed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Support continuous improvements across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous administration experience in roles such as Administrator, Operations Administrator, Sales Support Administrator, Contracts Administrator, Finance Administrator, Office Administrator, or Business Support Administrator.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships across different teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
