Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning.
• Conduct client meetings, financial reviews and detailed fact-finding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals and professional introducers.
• Deliver suitable, compliant financial recommendations.
• Work towards individual performance targets with ongoing mentoring and support.

Requirements

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience within financial services, whether in advice, paraplanning or financial planning support.
• Good understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to develop and progress within financial advice.

Previous experience as a Financial Adviser is not essential. Diploma-qualified candidates looking to transition into advice are encouraged to apply.

• Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 DOE.
