The role
You'll be the backbone of the kitchen, keeping it clean, organised and running efficiently. Your duties will include washing dishes and equipment, keeping work areas spotless, supporting the chefs with basic prep, and following food hygiene and safety standards.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months' experience as a Kitchen Porter (essential)
• Ability to work at pace in a busy kitchen
• A reliable, punctual and team-focused approach
• A good understanding of kitchen cleanliness and safety
