Warehouse Operative

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

You will be working at the warehouse in Crick (NN6) and so will need to be able to get to Crick for work.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.

Shifts

Working 5 days out of 7

• 07:00 – 15:00 | £13.12 per hour basic | £17.05 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
• 15:00 – 23:00 | £14.77 per hour basic | £18.70 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours
• 23:00 – 07:00 | £15.32 per hour basic | £19.25 per hour overtime after 37.5 hours

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Processing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Scanning and labelling items correctly
• Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
• Following all health and safety guidelines at all times

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Basic level of spoken and written English
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or logistics
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
