This role would suit a proactive and professional estate agency expert with a strong background in residential sales, staff leadership and business development.

You will take ownership of the branch's performance, supporting and developing the team, building relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies to increase instructions, strengthen local presence and maximise revenue.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Manager:

• Overseeing all aspects of the branch's daily operations
• Coaching and developing the team to maximise individual and collective performance
• Increasing sales activity, market share and business profitability
• Carrying out accurate property appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care throughout the sales process
• Developing local contacts and generating new business opportunities
• Monitoring branch results and putting plans in place to improve performance

• Previous experience in residential estate agency, ideally at Branch Manager level
• Demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and growing business
• Strong valuation skills and the ability to secure new instructions
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially focused, organised and enthusiastic approach
• Knowledge of the Woodford Green and surrounding property markets advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
