The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential. An enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one). Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. A warm, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
