We are on the lookout for a fantastic candidate looking to gain more experience working in a customer-facing role for a friendly, down-to-earth company based in Birmingham city centre.

Working within a well-established company, this could be a great role for a switched-on graduate, someone looking to gain more administrative experience, or someone who loves a hands-on role speaking to a range of different people every day.

The ideal candidate is someone who can come across as confident, is up for a change and enjoys working as part of a team. If you want not just yourself, but your team, to succeed, then this might be the role for you.

You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement with people at every level, alongside providing general ad-hoc support. As this is a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate will have good experience using CRM and IT systems, be confident and professional, and be able to handle multiple tasks while working within a busy and fast-paced office environment.

Previous experience working in a retail, customer support or administrative role would be advantageous.
