Job Title: Clinical Support Team Administrator Location: Resource Centre, Walker Close, Ipswich, IP3 8LY Trust: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust Payrate: Band 3, £14.05 per hour Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) Duration: Start: 24/11/2026 End date: Ongoing Experience Required: Audio Typing experience Job Description * Consultant and team support – including dictations (audio typing), diary management and liaising with patients and their families/carers and other professionals. Arranging appointments for the doctors and team members, liaising with the team, patients, family members and carers, sending out appointment letters, making and receiving telephone calls. * Taking the minutes at weekly Team meetings and distributing and processing the minutes.
