Site Manager – Dublin Airport - Night Shift €80,000–€90,000 Base Salary | Night-Work Premium Negotiable The CSR Group are working with an established main contractor who is seeking a Site Manager for a terminal façade project at Dublin Airport. This is a hands-on role coordinating night works within a live airport environment. It would suit a confident site leader who can organise trades, maintain quality and make each shift count. Package Indicative base salary: €80,000–€90,000, depending on experience. Additional night-work premium open to discussion. Full-time position. Working Hours Approximately 20:00–05:00, five nights per week, for the first 18 months. Responsibilities Manage nightly site activities, subcontractors and labour. Organise deliveries, access equipment and work areas. Supervise façade works against drawings and specifications. Maintain safe segregation between construction activities and airport operations. Record progress and ensure work areas are safely handed over after each shift. Requirements Proven Site Management experience on building or refurbishment projects. Façade or external envelope experience would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of site logistics, work sequencing and quality control. A practical leadership style and confidence resolving site issues. Available to work the stated night-shift pattern.
