We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 5-week refurbishment and remedial works project in Knowsley.

Scope of Works:

• Roof remedial works
• Internal strip-out works
• Electrical works
• Flooring installations
• Internal decoration and finishing
• Final site clean and handover

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
• Manage programme, quality and health & safety on site
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard
• Coordinate trades and monitor progress against programme
• Maintain site records, inductions and RAMS compliance
• Manage snagging and final handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Valid SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Fire Marshal/Warden
• Asbestos Awareness
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver to tight deadlines
