We're hiring an Export Coordinator to join a high‑performing supply chain team within a global FMCG leader. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast‑paced logistics work, owns their processes, and communicates with clarity and confidence. 🔸 What you'll be doing Managing export bookings across the UK & EU Creating accurate export shipping documentation Sales order creation etc Tracking & tracing global shipments Liaising with carriers, load sites & internal teams Ensuring full compliance and complete auditable files Handling customer queries with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach Keeping data accurate across systems What we're looking for 1-2 years' experience in import and export, freight forwarding, or ocean logistics Experience with SAP and excel essential Confident communicator, organised, and detail‑focused Comfortable owning customer operational relationship Strong in detail, accuracy, and documentation Able to handle complexity and multiple orders Fluent English & strong MS Office skills What's on offer 6‑month contract with a leading global FMCG brand 36.5 hours a week fully remote Inventum Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
