The Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams, providing commercial insight, financial challenge and decision support to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business partner senior commercial stakeholders across sales and marketing.
• Deliver insightful analysis on customer, product and channel profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, tenders and commercial opportunities.
• Build financial models and provide decision support for investment proposals.
• Monitor key growth initiatives and track performance against targets.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial finance processes.
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Strong commercial finance or business partnering experience.
• FMCG, manufacturing, retail or consumer products background preferred.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven.
