We're seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs in a welcoming Plymouth school. Whether you're helping a pupil achieve a learning goal, build confidence, or simply have a great day at school, you'll be making a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assisting with classroom activities and learning tasks

Encouraging independence and confidence

Helping children with SEN access the curriculum

Working closely with teachers and support staff

What We're Looking For

A positive and patient attitude

Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (desirable)

Strong communication skills

A passion for helping young people succeed
