Relationship Manager FI (Mandarin speaking)

cer Financial are working alongside a bank, who are based in London. They are seeking a Relationship Manager FI to work with them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with banking and non-banking financial institutions.
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit applications for syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Assess borrower financials, cash flows, debt capacity, and credit risks.
• Support loan structuring, financial modelling, and stress testing.
• Liaise with origination, credit risk, and legal teams on loan approvals and negotiations.
• Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with LMA standards and internal policies.

The candidate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in wholesale banking, credit analysis, or relationship management.
• Strong expertise in syndicated and bilateral loans and LMA documentation.
• Excellent financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and financial modelling skills.
• Knowledge of loan structuring, credit risk, and lending regulations.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or ACCA is advantageous.
• Mandarin speaking.
