Assistant Bodyshop Manager - Jersey

£45,000-£50,000 basic salary + £3,000-£5,000 bonus

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Bodyshop Manager to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational performance.

Working alongside the Bodyshop Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the department, helping to achieve volume and profitability targets while ensuring resources are used effectively. You'll take a proactive approach to improving performance, maintaining high standards and motivating the team to achieve business objectives.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years' experience in a vehicle bodyshop environment
• A strong customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service
• Experience managing, supporting or motivating a team
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic and tenacious attitude
• The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and add value to the business
• Strong automotive product knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused mindset

Experience in bodyshop vehicle estimating would be a distinct advantage.
