Your new company A specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a complex refurbishment, demolition and enabling works project in Altrincham. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills and a visible presence on site. Your new role You will be responsible for managing works across two buildings. One building is undergoing structural modifications as part of a conversion into six apartments, while the second involves façade retention, demolition of two storeys, preservation and recording of existing materials, followed by groundworks and piling operations.
