Pre-Commercial Launch Lead Location: Dublin, Ireland (3 days per week on-site) Contract: 12 months Industry: Pharmaceuticals The Opportunity A leading global pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Launch Support Lead to play a key role in preparing products for commercial launch. This position will sit at the centre of cross-functional launch activities, partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Product Development and Commercial teams to ensure operational readiness for new product introductions and global market launches. Essential Experience 5+ years experience. Product launch or launch readiness experience. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Project management experience and ownership of delivery. Desirable Experience Operations, technical operations or manufacturing background. Experience supporting product commercialisation or operational readiness. Pharma, biotech, medtech or broader life sciences experience. Experience within a global or multi-site environment.
