The Legal PA role provides comprehensive support to fee earners, ensuring smooth operations through effective client/matter management, document management, diary coordination, business development, finance support, and general assistance.

Legal PA – What you will be doing:

• Manage fee earners' schedules; coordinate and arrange meetings to best utilise time
• Ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
• Acting as ‘front of house’, welcoming clients
• Arrange travel effectively and efficiently
• Carry out advanced research / request information from relevant support teams
• Attend meetings / conference calls and take minutes to action follow up where required
• Develop and maintain knowledge of fee earners’ workload
• Prepare and manage billing process using the Aderant front office software

Legal PA- What we are looking for:

• Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience or Legal Administration experience
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
