Mandatory Candidate Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must provide proof of the following: * Qualifications: Valid proof of Level 3 IMI (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. * Driving Licence: Full Category B UK Driving Licence (essential). * Tools: Must have your own range of mechanical hand tools. * Experience: Proven hands-on experience working on modern light motor vehicles within an automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Vehicle Re-works & Stripping/Fitting: Fit and strip mechanical and body parts, including interior trim, exterior panels, gearboxes, engines, and suspensions. * Component Replacement: Diagnose, access, and replace damaged or defective components efficiently. * Modifications & Assembly: Complete light mechanical, electrical, and trim modifications to original vehicle builds. * Data & Time Tracking: Accurately log all completed repairs manually or on digital data systems, recording attendance and work times to manufacturer standards.
