The Role

• Lead, inspire and develop a large team and management structure.

• Take full accountability for sales, profitability, productivity and store P&L.

• Drive operational excellence, customer experience and consistently high standards.

• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to maximise commercial results.

• Manage labour costs, stock, compliance and operational efficiency.

• Build a strong talent pipeline through coaching, succession planning and development.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver business objectives and strategic initiatives.

• A strong track record of delivering commercial and operational KPIs.

• Experience managing significant teams, budgets and financial performance.
