The Department
The Maths Department is an ambitious, supportive and high-performing department, driven by a cohesive team committed to academic excellence and outstanding student outcomes. With progress in Mathematics exceeding national averages, we deliver a challenging and engaging curriculum that develops mathematical fluency, problem-solving, resilience and independent thinking.
The Directorate also benefits from a strong and growing A-Level Mathematics programme, alongside Accounting and Finance and Core Mathematics, providing exciting opportunities for further expansion and professional development. Our commitment to high expectations, innovation and continuous improvement makes the Directorate an exciting environment for both students and staff.

The Role
* Outstanding subject knowledge in Maths and a passion for your subject
* Determination to raise standards of teaching and learning

* Outstanding classroom management skills and strong commitment to behaviour management within a restorative practice framework
* The ability to demonstrate initiative in a school where enthusiasm and hard work are valued
* Evidence of adding capital to students through extracurricular enrichment
