Working closely with senior stakeholders, legal advisors, trade union representatives and employee representatives, you will lead the end-to-end transfer process, ensuring compliance, minimising risk and delivering a positive employee experience throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a complex TUPE project involving multiple transferring organisations.
  • Oversee all consultation activities, including engagement with employee representatives and recognised trade unions.
  • Partner with senior leaders and legal advisors to ensure compliance with TUPE legislation and employment law.
  • Manage due diligence processes, including review of Employee Liability Information (ELI).
  • Develop and deliver clear communication and engagement plans throughout the transition.
  • Identify and mitigate employee relations and organisational risks.
  • Provide expert guidance on TUPE, consultation and employee relations matters.
  • Support the integration of transferring employees into the organisation post-transfer.
  • Ensure project milestones, timelines and deliverables are achieved.

Experience:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end TUPE transfers involving large employee populations.
  • Strong background in employee relations, collective consultation and organisational change.
  • Experience working directly with recognised trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
