Company & Commercial Solicitor (3+ Years' PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company & Commercial Solicitor to join a growing and well-regarded law firm in Tunbridge Wells. This role offers you high-quality corporate and commercial work, advising business owners, SMEs, companies, partnerships and LLPs across a broad range of transactions and commercial matters.

The Role

You will work on a varied caseload including:

• Business and share sales and acquisitions (£500,000 to £20 million)
• Share Purchase Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements and ancillary documentation
• Due diligence exercises and disclosure processes
• Shareholders', partnership and LLP agreements
• Terms and conditions of business and commercial contracts
• Share buybacks, reorganisations and other corporate transactions

You will manage matters from instruction through to completion, liaising directly with clients, accountants and other professional advisers while providing practical, commercially focused advice.

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
• Experienced in company and commercial law, including corporate transactions
• Confident drafting and negotiating SPAs, APAs and related documents
• Experienced in legal due diligence and commercial agreements
• Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
• An effective communicator with excellent client relationship skills
