Business Development Manager - Contractors Location: South / London - Hybrid & Field-Based An established HVAC manufacturer is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong relationships across main contractors and M&E contractors. The role is primarily focused on developing contractor relationships, identifying projects at an early stage and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team to convert into orders. You will engage with pre-construction, design, technical and commercial teams, build relationships with key decision-makers and work towards securing approved supplier status with major contractors. Requirements Business development or field sales experience within construction products or mechanical building services Established network of main contractors and M&E contractors - essential Proven experience selling construction products directly to contractors Strong track record of identifying projects, generating leads and developing new business Experience securing approved supplier status or framework agreements advantageous Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally Package Competitive Salary Car/Allowance Bonus Hybrid working London-focused territory, with nationwide travel Interested in hearing more?
