PCR Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a one-month temporary assignment with an established residential developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors. * Monitor progress against the construction programme and ensure deadlines are met. * Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site. * Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. * Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently. * Maintain site records and ensure relevant documentation is kept up to date. * Identify and resolve any site issues that could affect progress. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Site Manager within residential construction. * Strong knowledge of traditional housebuilding methods and site operations. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications. * Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills. * A proactive approach to health and safety and quality control. * Available to commit to the full one-month assignment.
