Senior Contracts Coordinator

Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established installation business in the Wakefield area as they look to appoint a Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys managing projects from start to finish. Working as part of a busy operations team, you will play a key role in coordinating customer projects, ensuring installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate contracts and installation projects from order receipt through to completion
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining regular communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Schedule installation teams and liaise with subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, and job packs
• Monitor project progress and update internal systems with accurate information
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site requirements
• Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Installations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure all project deadlines, compliance requirements, and customer expectations are met

About You:

• Previous experience within a Contracts Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Installation Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident coordinating schedules, contractors, and customer expectations
• Strong administration and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal CRM/ERP systems
• Experience within construction, fit-out, manufacturing, installation, engineering, or a project-based environment would be highly advantageous
