Data Administrator - Purchasing

Salary: Up to £30,000 (Pro Rata)
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

The Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a well-established business within the construction sector as they look to recruit a Data Administrator on a temporary basis for their WF10 office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational processes within a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Cloud Construct or Eque2 would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining purchase order numbers (POs)
• Checking and validating data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Processing and updating information within internal systems
• Reviewing project and supplier records for discrepancies
• Supporting the commercial and operational teams with administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve data queries
• Ensuring all information is entered and stored in line with company procedures

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous administration experience within a construction, engineering or similar project-led environment
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Experience creating and processing purchase orders
• Confident IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience using Cloud Construct and/or Eque2 would be highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
