Get in touch to find out more and apply! * Supporting tenants to maintain their tenancies and prevent homelessness. * Managing a caseload of tenants experiencing complex needs and challenging circumstances. * Providing advice and guidance on rent arrears, budgeting and welfare benefits. * Developing personalised support plans to help tenants overcome barriers to sustaining their tenancies. * Working closely with vulnerable individuals to promote independent living. * Liaising with local authorities, support agencies and other housing professionals. * Carrying out tenancy visits and property checks where required. * Supporting tenants to access relevant services and move towards long-term housing stability. * Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring progress. * Location: Merseyside * Contract: Interim, with potential extension or temp-to-perm opportunities * Working pattern: Monday–Friday, 5 days per week * Workplace: Hybrid – 3 days on-site and 2 days working remotely
