Post & Fulfilment Administrator

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Post & Fulfilment Administrator to join our client in Central London.

You'll manage incoming and outgoing post, maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to visitors. This role is ideal for an organised, reliable individual who enjoys taking ownership of their workload and working independently, with support from a wider team.

Benefits and Package for a Post & Fulfilment Administrator:

• Salary: £30,130 per annum
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Contract Type: Full-time
• Location: Central London, office-based

Key Responsibilities of a Post & Fulfilment Administrator:

• Receiving, sorting, scanning and forwarding high volumes of post accurately and within agreed timescales
• Preparing outgoing post and parcels, booking couriers and tracking deliveries
• Responding professionally to customer queries in person and by email
• Maintaining accurate customer and delivery records, reporting volumes and any outstanding issues
• Handling confidential information securely and following data protection procedures
• Keeping the office and post room organised, maintaining supplies and reporting building or equipment issues
• Providing general administrative support as required

Key Skills and Experience of a Post & Fulfilment Administrator:

• Previous experience in a mailroom, reception, logistics or administrative role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when completing repetitive tasks
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines without close supervision
• Confident data entry skills and experience using online systems and everyday office software
• Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• A reliable, proactive attitude and discretion when handling confidential information
• Experience with document scanning or post management systems would be advantageous
