Construction Labourer Location: Hull Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am - Early Finish Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Construction Labourer to join a busy property company working on a variety of refurbishment and renovation projects across Hull and the surrounding area. This is a hands-on role supporting skilled tradespeople with property renovation works, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with previous construction site experience who enjoys a varied working day. Key Responsibilities: Assisting tradespeople including joiners, plumbers, electricians and builders Removing existing flooring, fixtures, fittings and walls as required Stripping out properties in preparation for refurbishment works Preparing work areas for new installations Loading, unloading and moving materials around site General site labouring and housekeeping duties Ensuring work areas are kept safe, tidy and organised Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (essential) Previous construction or labouring experience Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual tasks Reliable, punctual and hardworking Ability to work effectively as part of a team Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential What's on Offer: £13.00 per hour Monday to Friday working pattern Early finish every Friday Long-term opportunity with a growing property and refurbishment business Immediate start available for the right candidateIf you're an experienced labourer looking for consistent work with a reputable Hull-based property company, we'd love to hear from you.
