Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 Basic | OTE £37,000 – £40,000

The Role

As Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you'll play an important role in the continued success and growth of the branch, with a particular focus on property valuations, winning new instructions and developing new business opportunities.

You'll be confident attending market appraisals, advising prospective vendors and converting valuation opportunities into instructions, while also supporting the wider residential sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting property valuations and market appraisals across North Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Generating new business opportunities and proactively winning new instructions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Providing accurate market advice and recommending effective marketing strategies.
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to successful completion.
• Working closely with the wider sales team to achieve branch targets and contribute to continued growth.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded estate agency professional who has a strong background in residential sales and, importantly, a proven ability to carry out valuations and win instructions.

You'll be confident developing new business, building relationships with prospective vendors and identifying opportunities to grow the branch's market share.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Sales Valuer or Lister.
• Strong valuation experience with a proven track record of winning instructions.
• Excellent knowledge of the residential sales process and local property market.
• A proactive approach to business development and generating new opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• A motivated, professional and target-driven approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
