We are working with a medium/large forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for a Road Import Coordinator.

The role Coordinating the Road services, some key client contact, dealing with road hauliers, transport providers.

Role Involves:

• Day to day responsibility for customer service delivery to Road Customers.
• Management of Road Imports and exports dealing with email Inbox.
• Transit movements, Import/ Exports
• Follow up and resolve any operational issues or customers concerns.
• Responsibility for Gross Profit analysis, sales invoicing and job costing.
• To promote business development, ensuring all opportunities from existing business are followed up.
• Contribute to ongoing operational development and cost saving measures.
• Identify areas of operational improvements by reviewing process.
• Processing of Import documents and creation/submission of customs entry declarations.
• Keep up to date with market trends.
• Ensure HMRC Export/Import entry regulations are met.

Experience.

• Previous Road Import experience.
• Any Export Road experience advantage
• Good Customs experience.
• Excellent communication skills,
• Good customer relationship building.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary Depends on experience.
