Rental Sales Agent

Chester | £26,437 + Uncapped Bonus
Full-Time | 6-Month FTC (with potential to become permanent)

Monday-Friday + Alternate Saturday (short shift)

Looking for a role that's fast-paced, varied, and customer-focused? We're recruiting for a Rental Sales Agent to join a well-established vehicle rental business in Chester.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be helping customers, managing bookings, completing paperwork, carrying out vehicle checks, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. It's ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and following processes accurately.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and delivering excellent service
• Recommending suitable rental vehicles based on customer needs
• Managing bookings and rental agreements
• Processing payments and completing documentation accurately
• Carrying out vehicle inspections and checks
• Explaining rental terms, insurance options, and add-on services
• Upselling relevant products where appropriate
• Resolving customer queries professionally
• Working closely with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or another customer-facing role

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Someone who enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment

Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy setting

Positive attitude and strong team ethic

Full UK driving licence essential - you'll be moving and checking vehicles as part of the role
