Key Details

• Role: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Gloucester
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: £90-£105 per day, depending on experience
• Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Term time only
• DBS: Enhanced DBS required, or willingness to apply

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers with engaging classroom activities and lessons.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Helping children with additional learning needs access their education.
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for education and working with children.
• A positive, patient and proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
• An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to apply.
