Your new roleAs Marketing & Sales Executive, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and commercial projects, working closely with sales, account management, production and marketing teams.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, communication remains professional and projects run smoothly from initial briefing through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital and content channels.
• Coordinating commercial projects including webinars, podcasts, roundtables and thought leadership initiatives.
• Managing campaign schedules, project trackers and key deadlines.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Assisting with client communications, proposals, presentations and campaign planning.
• Coordinating content, creative assets and approvals across departments.
• Collating campaign results and supporting performance reporting.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, reports and project documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in marketing, campaign delivery, sales support, account coordination or project administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• An interest in marketing, media, content or digital campaigns.
• Experience using CRM systems, marketing platforms or project management software would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting events, webinars, content production or integrated marketing campaigns would be highly beneficial.

What you'll get in return

• Salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
• 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
• Hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office, ideally 2-3 days.
• Full-time hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
