Right Now Group is recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to support busy warehouse and transport operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport or warehouse administration, strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of a Transport Coordinator

• Maintain accurate transport, warehouse and shipment records.
• Coordinate transport bookings, deliveries, collections and airline truck movements.
• Update internal systems with shipment progress, delivery milestones and proof of delivery (POD).
• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking and reporting.
• Maintain transport documentation and assist with stock checks and discrepancy resolution.
• Liaise with Transport, Healthcare, Imports and Exports teams.
• Support GDP compliance, including approved haulier documentation and performance monitoring.
• Follow company procedures, regulatory requirements and health and safety standards.

4 on 4 off nights

Hours:

20:00-08:00

Hourly Rate:

£13.60

Essential Requirements of a Transport Coordinator

• Previous warehouse, transport or logistics administration experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining records and processing documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.
• A proactive, reliable and methodical approach.

Desirable Experience of a Transport Coordinator

• CargoWise or similar transport management systems.
• Airline truck movements and customer bookings.
• Air freight, freight forwarding or airport cargo operations.
• Import/export documentation and shipment tracking.
• GDP requirements, healthcare logistics and stock reconciliation.
